Have Pencil, Will Draw #59

The story you are about to read is true. The names have been changed to protect the moronic.

Have Pencil, Will Draw #57

This next comic comes to us from a starving artist and is made of thousands of pixels.

More sketches

Some sketches of my friend Randi Holtzclaw for a project that has been on the shelf for...well, a long time.

Stabbed

Another sketch for the novel. I'm starting to get anxious about fleshing out this story.

My invitation for Spectrum 22 came a few days ago. I think I might try something daring for this coming year and enter some experimental comic pages.

Shredding skin

Some more designs for the graphic novel; one of the characters tearing off her human skin.

Brand

The positive to being between commissions is that I have more time to work on my own projects.

A preliminary concept sketch for an erotic dark comedy I've had in mind for a graphic novel.

Pretty face studies

Everyone loves a pretty face.

I was a Teenage Barbarian

'I was a Teenage Barbarian'

Also I was a girl.

...and smokin' hot.

...

...probably should've just left that reference out.

More quick sketches

Some friends pointed out that it would be quite difficult to wield a sword with breasts that large.
However here at Dragon Eye Productions we're quite fond of the expression "Anything is possible!"

Believe. Just believe...

Comic 48

I think this rumor has been debunked by now but...I don't know; I can't help but visualize a dark, mouse-eared cloud looming ever ominously over Pinewood Studios.

Comic 47

They could also be used to slash apart dinosaurs who talked too much.

Coming up...

After a full day of taking reference shots, posing for said reference shots, sketching and not eating here is the preliminary stage of my next portfolio piece.

Comic 39

I wonder if allergies would be more or less dismal than the migraine I get from saying "Bless you" every four seconds.

Cathedral Fight

Finished product. I like how this one came out and the process time was much quicker than the last piece.

Comic 37

Let's face it, we all love Disney; hell, you'd have to be crazy NOT to. But recently I think they've been getting a bit more ambitious than even they deserve to be. Pretty soon we'll be hard-pressed to find a movie that doesn't have the Big Cheese's gloved fingerprints all over it. I love Mickey and I'd hate to see him become the villain by monopolizing all our movies and setting his own standard on what makes a good story.

And while we're traversing through this field let me state that I really wish Disney animation would undertake some more projects that weren't the typical cookie cutter princess stories; like Atlantis, or Treasure Planet, or...well I'm sure there must be a few others.

Five minute sketch

I hate to say it but I think my old business partner Mr. Mechanical 0.7, or as I always called him: "Why the hell are you out of lead ALREADY you skinny dildo!", has been replaced by Mr. Wacom Pen.

The illustration business is an ever fluctuating one.

Comic 36

For those of you who have not yet seen 'Godzilla' drop what you are doing right now and go to the theater. And if it is no longer playing grab the owner by the genitals and demand they reinstate it.

Shot Down

The newest addition to my portfolio. This one was in the works for far too long; the summer commissions started coming in and they're usually in abundance.

Model Commission

Some sketches and a finalized drawing of a commission for my good friend Nicole Gibson Cornelison. She had some very inventive ideas allowing me some unique subjects I don't usually get to explore with model commissions.
