Does it really matter what I name the posts?

So the last page in my sketchbook was used for the the antagonist clan designs and symbology.

Seems rather fitting.

...or maybe it doesn't. I don't know...

Tired of coming up with names for posts...

More work on the female character. I think I'm finally satisfied with that bottom design.

Also some more character interaction.

More updates...

Finally some interaction between my two protagonists.

I would've sketched more but my class starts tomorrow so I've been focused on getting my lesson plan together.

Professor O'Brien...kinda like how that sounds...
Actually Professor implies college, doesn't it? Damn.

I guess than it's Mr. O'Brien...Uggh...

Character progress

Some designs on the male character, a young scruffy teenager. Also a rough of the two characters finally side by side. I'd like their ages to set up a dynamic contrast.

I'm happy with these designs but that's not to say there won't be some future tweaking.

"So tweaking? A project that involved 'TWEAKING'?"
"Yeah, that's what he said."
"T-W-E-A-K..."
"I-N-G, yeah."

Totally did not expect to be writing that.

It's time...

Alright, so I've decided that this year I will take a bull-charge into my first graphic novel; I've let laziness and self-doubt hold me back too long.

So here are some character designs for the main character (except for the girl on the tiger page, she's just an archer chick because hooray for archer chicks). For this character I'm steering toward an older female lead, not simply another young sex kitten with a gun (not that I'm dismissing sex kittens, those beautiful creatures). But nor am I aiming for that unnecessarily-domineering, sexy-for-no-other-reason-than-leather, invincible-in-battle cliche that seems to have replaced the damsel in distress.

The tiger character I really got overambitious with. He won't be that prominent a character; I guess I was just in the mood for anthropomorphizing.
"Oh my gosh! Corey's into furries!"
Screw you, I am not.

I guess it's a start. I'm attempting to stop worrying about what will be popular and just create a fun story inhabited by fun characters.

Also, is 'chicks' considered PC? Probably not. Drat.
